The method

Heart Melody observes subtle light variations from your fingertip placed on the camera. From those changes, the app derives a simple rhythm and turns it into musical notes, ambient layers, and poetic visualizations.
The result is an emotional and creative keepsake, not a clinical measurement. Heart Melody is designed for imagination, intimacy, and self-expression.

1. Who we are
Heart Melody is an Android app developed by TurlaLab. This Privacy Policy explains how Heart Melody handles information when you use the app.
2. Data collected
Heart Melody is designed to work primarily on your device. The app may process pulse-inspired rhythm information, generated melodies, star maps, couple affinity results, personal notes, and app preferences. These items are used to provide the creative features of the app.
Heart Melody does not collect photos, videos, or camera frames. The app does not use the camera to identify you.
3. Camera use
Heart Melody uses the camera permission only to analyze light changes from your fingertip while you place it on the camera. This analysis is performed locally to create a rhythm that can be transformed into music and visual experiences.
No photo is taken, no video is recorded, and no individual camera frame is stored or sent by Heart Melody.
4. Local storage
Generated melodies, star maps, notes, preferences, and related creative data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them. You can manage or delete app data through your Android device settings.
5. Voluntary sharing
If you use sharing or export features, you decide what to share and which third-party app or service receives it. Any content you share voluntarily may then be handled according to the privacy policy of the selected service.
6. In-app purchases
Heart Melody Premium may be offered through in-app purchases. Payments and purchase processing are handled by Google Play. TurlaLab does not receive or store your full payment card details. Google Play may provide purchase status information needed to unlock Premium features.
7. Not a medical app
Heart Melody is a creative and entertainment app. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not provide health or medical advice.
8. Children
Heart Melody is intended for a general audience consistent with the app listing and applicable store requirements. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
TurlaLab may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal or platform requirements evolve. The updated policy will be made available through this page or within the app.
